TMH WELLNESS REDEFINED is a virtual healing collective with a focus on ambitious, high-performing, women of color, who are looking to maintain and transform their mental, physical, spiritual, personal, professional, and relationship health. We are a team of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, and Certified Life Coaches.
